Food Vendor Guidelines

The Arbor Lakes Business Association is accepting applications for Chalkfest at Arbor Lakes August 29 and 30, 2020. A limited number of food vendor spots are available. All applications will be reviewed & approved by the Chalkfest committee.

If selected, vendors must sign an event agreement and provide a certificate of insurance as per the event agreement.
Vendors are responsible for keeping the area around their truck/booth free of garbage and debris.
This is an outdoor festival which will taker place rain or shine.
Event fees and application fees are non-refundable.
Completed application not a guarantee of acceptance.
This application in no way binding to the Arbor Lakes business Association.
